Placing an order is easy peasy. We've listed the steps for you:

2. Select the colour (& size) you want
3. Enter your personalisation
4. Add to cart
5. Go to your cart and place the order
Our items are made of silver and are (rose) gold plated depending on your wishes. To enjoy your items as long as possible, the best advice we can give is to keep them dry. Make sure you take your jewellery off when washing your hands, bathing, swimming, working out etc. Also, make sure you do not expose them to fragances, lotions and household chemicals.
Senni Benni ships to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. If you reside in another country and would like to place an order, please contact us and we will try our best to arrange something for you.
When you place an order, our creators at the atelier start making your item(s). This may take 5-10 working days. As soon as your order is ready, it is handed over to DHL. Usually DHL takes 1 working day to deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium, and 3 working days to deliver to Germany. Please check our Shipping Policy for more info.
All our items are personalised. They carry a meaning for you, e.g. your name, initials or special date. For this reason, we do not accept any exchanges and/or returns. When placing an order, make sure to double check the personalisation (and size) you have entered. Please check our Return & Exchange Policy for more info.
