All our items are personalised. They carry a meaning for you, e.g. your name, initials or special date. For this reason, we do not accept any exchanges and/or returns. When placing an order, make sure to double check the personalisation (and size) you have entered. 

 

If you have made a mistake when entering your personalisation (and/or size), please let us know as soon as possible. If the production did not start yet, we could make an adjustment.
